It's nice to take a break here, the bed is soft, the atmosphere is good, and it has just opened. The staff provides good service, and there is an onsen available for soaking in both the morning and evening.
Ok so this place has no shower, it only has the onsen to shower in. So between the hours of 10am-6pm you cannot shower as the onsen becomes women only. The place is really nice but staff are all over the place in terms of it taking so long to get into the onsen to actually shower. Staff are very fri…
The accommodation focuses on an onsen, with shared bathrooms. The rooms are also shared, but there are walls and curtains for separation; however, you can hear others snoring. Besides the bed, there is nothing else at all.
The room has mosquitoes and flies. The floor is not very clean. The bathroom at the onsen should provide footwear because the floor might be stained with urine.
The room is nice, but the door is not very good. It's too far from the city, although it is quiet. The flip-flops have a part that feels like there's metal poking at it, which hurts when wearing them.
I have never felt so bad during a stay anywhere until I came here. The room is very small and not as described, the air conditioning is not cool, there are issues with the air conditioner, and they do not inform the customers or refund them.
