Good location, the Villa and swimming pool are cleaner than expected, just the same issue as other hotels in Chiang Mai, you can still find some insects in the apartment. Service team is responsive, but sometime the requested items will be missed, like the slippers we need to follow up several time…
Such a beautiful house – and the location couldn't be better! We were a big family of 14 and honestly, we never felt squished – there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out and chill. The staff were so warm and thoughtful – they actually texted us the night before to see if we wanted housekeepi…
