Use ingredients that you will personally pick from their organic garden for your favorite dish. Many fruits, herbs and vegetables are grown in this garden so you can enjoy eating and picking them up. The class is situated in the countryside, 20 minutes from Chiang Mai downtown and Chiang Mai International airport. You will cook 4 dishes plus make the curry paste from scratch and make special fried rice serve with your curry. You may choose your favorite dishes to make from the following categories: Appetizers, soups, pastes and curries, stir fried dishes and desserts. I have been in the food industry for 19 years and be a Thai food instructor for my own cooking class for 11 years.
