Ride through Chiang Mai after dark in a small group of up to 12 travelers, with a local licensed guide and tuk-tuks for the whole group. Each day has its own local market, so your guide takes you to one of Chiang Mai's night markets depending on the day of the week: neighbourhood night markets on weekdays, Wualai Saturday Walking Street on Saturdays and Tha Phae Sunday Walking Street on Sundays. You choose what to eat at each stall and pay as you go, and your guide helps you order and explains the dishes. Vegetarian and no-pork travelers can usually find options, but selection varies. Hotel pick-up in Chiang Mai city and nearby areas is included, and after booking your guide will contact you about your hotel and any dietary needs. Guides speak English, Spanish, Portuguese and Chinese.
Ride through the Old City in your tuk-tuk after dark, then visit the night market of the evening. It depends on the day: Mon–Tue Don Chan/CMU area, Wed–Fri Lotus's, Sat Wualai Walking Street, Sun Tha Phae Walking Street. Eat what you like and pay as you go.
Your tour ends at the Chiang Mai Night Bazaar, one of the city's liveliest night areas, where you can browse the stalls, shop or keep enjoying the evening. Prefer to head back? Your tuk-tuk can take you straight to your hotel instead, just let your guide know.
