Great hostel, and very cool vibe being Harry Potter themed. Super friendly staff, good amount of events, nice comfortable social atmosphere. Definitely would stay again.
Chiang Mai, Thailand, is a great city, and the Whoopers Hotel is a fantastic youth hostel. Initially, we only planned to stay for one day, but we didn't expect the location to be so wonderful!
