ข้อดี ติดถนนไฮเวย์ เดินทางสะดวก ข้อเสีย คือ 1. ไม่มีไดร์เป่าผมให้ยืม 2. เนื่องจากติดถนน เลยมีเสียงดังจากรถยนต์ มอไซ ถ้าคนนอนหลับยาก ไม่ควรพัก แต่ถ้าหลับง่ายก็ถือเป็นทางเลือกที่ดี 3. ที่จอดรถ อยู่ตรงข้ามเมรุ ถ้ากลัวผี แนะนำให้หลีกเลี่ยง
ที่พักโดยรวมโอเคมากกก มาเชียงใหม่พักเกือบทุกครั้ง ถึงทำเลไม่ค่อยดี เพราะไม่ได้ติดร้านสะวกซื้อหรือแหล่งของกิน แต่ก็เดินทางสะดวก เรียกไรเดอร์หรือสั่งเดลิเวอร์รี่ได้หมด
ทำเลดี ใกล้ห้างเซ็นทรัลเฟสติวัลและนิมมาน ห้องถือว่าโอเคตามราคา แต่เตียงค่อนข้างยุบแล้วควรปรับปรุง มีสบู่แชมพูและอุปกรณ์พื้นฐาน มีที่จอดรถหน้าโรงแรมและมีพื้นที่จอดรถห่างจากโรงแรม มีรถรับส่ง พนักงานบริการดี
