①ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมาก ใกล้กับเมืองเก่าเชียงใหม่และตลาดเล็กๆ ที่น่าเดินเล่นมากมาย ราคาสินค้ารอบๆ ก็ราคาถูกมาก ②เจ้าของดูใจดี สื่อสารได้อย่างราบรื่นและสนุกสนาน เตียงในห้องใหญ่และนอนสบาย อากาศมีกลิ่นหอมสะอาด สภาพความสะอาดดีมาก สิ่งที่สำคัญคือราคาจริงๆ ถูกและคุ้มค่ามาก
